An application for building plan approval will be applied by the registered engineer to the local authority or BBMP, BDA, BMRDA. We follow up with BBMP, BDA, BMRDA and all Government officials for Land and Building Approvals and to obtain required NOC. We also get the completion certificate. We undertake checking of zone, submission drawings according to norms, legal opinion, updating documents etc. based on Client requirement. And issue of Building Plan approval within 30 days
